Tech Sales Executive (Ghana)

About the role

The Tech Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for BagginsHQ by generating, qualifying and converting technology and digital‑service opportunities into verified recurring revenue across Accra and the Tema region.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities for BagginsHQ’s technology and digital solutions.
• Identify prospective customers through calls, email, messaging, referrals, social media and other approved channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate BagginsHQ solutions.
• Present BagginsHQ products and services to prospective customers at a commercial level.
• Conduct consistent and structured follow‑up with prospects and document leads in company systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams for clarifications, demonstrations, proposals and implementation information.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, update opportunity status and identify upselling, cross‑selling and renewal opportunities.
• Support customer retention and recurring revenue growth.
• Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least five years (60 months) of sales experience.
• Proven ability to identify prospects, understand customer needs and convert opportunities into recurring revenue.
• Comfortable working in a performance‑driven, quota‑based environment.
