Tech Sales Executive – Ghana

About the role

The Tech Sales Executive (TSE) will drive new business for BagginsHQ by generating, qualifying and converting technology and digital‑service opportunities into recurring revenue. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the TSE works closely with sales, technical and other internal teams to ensure prospects receive accurate information and move efficiently through the sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers through calls, email, messaging, referrals, social media and approved channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate BagginsHQ technology and digital solutions.
• Present products and services at a commercial level and conduct structured follow‑up.
• Document leads and opportunities accurately in company systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams for clarifications, demos, proposals and implementation details.
• Track quotations, proposals and pending decisions, maintaining an up‑to‑date sales pipeline.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling, renewal and account‑expansion opportunities.
• Support customer retention and growth of verified recurring revenue.
• Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 60 months of sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads and close technology‑focused deals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to work on a performance‑based probation period.
