Tech Sales Executive

About the role

The Tech Sales Executive will generate, qualify and convert technology and digital‑service opportunities into recurring revenue for BagginsHQ. This performance‑driven commercial role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, understanding client needs and collaborating with internal teams to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers through calls, email, messaging, referrals, social media and approved channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate BagginsHQ solutions.
• Present BagginsHQ products and services at a commercial level.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up, register leads and update opportunity status in company systems.
• Work with technical teams for clarifications, demonstrations, proposals and implementation details.
• Track quotations, proposals and pending decisions to drive conversions.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling, renewal and account‑expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, conversions and verified recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales and other departments to improve conversion rates.
• Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.

What we offer

• 60‑day performance‑based probation with a USD 60 monthly facilitation.
• Upon confirmation: USD 600 monthly salary plus USD 40 facilitation (total USD 640).
