Tech Sales Executive – Remote (Ghana)

About the role

The Tech Sales Executive will join BagginsHQ’s growing sales team to identify, develop and convert technology‑focused business opportunities across Ghana. Working remotely, you will manage both self‑sourced prospects and company‑provided leads to achieve verified revenue and Monthly Recurring Revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers via calls, email, WhatsApp, referrals, networking and social platforms.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline, qualifying needs and recommending appropriate BagginsHQ solutions.
• Present BagginsHQ products and services professionally and follow up on proposals, quotations and invoices.
• Manage both personally generated opportunities and leads supplied through the BagginsHQ Staff Portal.
• Maintain accurate sales, pipeline and customer records and report progress to the Head of Sales.
• Support customer retention, renewals, upselling and cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Strong ability to prospect and generate new business independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Results‑driven mindset with proven negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Professionalism, reliability, responsiveness and accountability in a remote environment.
• Stable high‑speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using digital sales tools.
