Technical Sales Advisor - Aqua

About the role

Join Skretting, a Nutreco company, as a Technical Sales Advisor to lead the development of a new aquaculture market in Ghana. This project‑based role lasts one year and focuses on establishing a commercial and operational foundation for Skretting’s feed products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including establishing relationships with potential distributors, partners, and fish farmers.
• Build a strong professional network within the aquaculture industry to support long‑term growth.
• Support the introduction and positioning of Skretting products in the Ghanaian market.
• Provide technical advice and on‑site support to customers, ensuring optimal feed usage and farm performance.
• Collect market insights and customer feedback to shape market entry and growth strategy.
• Travel extensively within Ghana to visit customers and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Animal Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with a strong commercial mindset and interest in sales/business development.
• Hands‑on, entrepreneurial attitude comfortable working in a developing and unstructured market.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluency in English and local languages (Twi & Ga).
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively within Ghana.
