Technical Sales Engineer – Radio Communications

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer specialized in radio communications to drive business growth across Ghana. The role blends technical expertise with sales acumen, supporting customers from solution design through implementation and post‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in radio communications and related technologies.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer engagements.
• Draft technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender responses.
• Conduct RF coverage analysis, network planning, and design end‑to‑end radio solutions.
• Support installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of radio systems.
• Provide post‑sales technical support, system upgrades, optimization, and performance assessments.
• Deliver technical training to customers, partners, and internal teams and represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, telecommunications, radio communications or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of professional mobile radio (PMR) technologies.
• Fluency in English; French is an advantage.
