Territory Sales Manager – Accra & Tema

About the role
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth across the Accra and Tema region. You will develop and execute territory plans, manage distributor relationships, and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, distribution, and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement territory sales plans to deliver sustainable business growth.
- Appoint, manage, and review performance of distributors, wholesalers, and key retail customers.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and execute product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives, providing field coaching and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising standards, monitor product visibility, pricing, and promotional execution at retail outlets.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, monitor stock movement, and coordinate with supply‑chain teams to prevent stock‑outs.
- Monitor customer payments, collections, and credit compliance to minimize overdue receivables.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches, and provide recommendations to management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present performance updates to management.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 month of sales experience.
