Territory Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within an assigned geographic area. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key distributor relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Manage distributors and key accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and work to increase market share.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market intelligence.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
• Oversee timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy customer relationships.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of territory management and channel development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel extensively.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using CRM systems.
