About the role
Avnash Industries Ghana Limited, a diversified producer of edible oil, soap and rice, is looking for a dynamic Tertiary Sales Manager to lead sales expansion across its key territories in Ghana. The role focuses on growing market share, building client relationships and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Expand the company’s presence in the edible‑oil, soap and rice segments.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key accounts.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Required profile
- First‑degree university qualification.
- Minimum five years of proven sales experience, preferably in the foodstuffs or consumer goods sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
