About the role
The Ghana Railway Development Authority is looking for four experienced Track Drivers to join its freight and maintenance teams. You will operate rail‑road vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transport of loads and luggage across the network.
Key responsibilities
- Operate rail‑road vehicles for freight and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of track vehicles before each use.
- Coordinate movements with control teams and train operators.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, report defects, and follow railway operational procedures.
Required profile
- Valid driver’s licence (Class E, F or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience driving heavy‑duty or rail‑related vehicles.
- Basic knowledge of railway operations and safety procedures.
- Good mechanical awareness and ability to identify vehicle issues.
