Unit Head, Financial & Regulatory Reporting

About the role

The Unit Head, Financial & Regulatory Reporting leads all financial and fiscal operations for eProcess International and its affiliates, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and delivering accurate financial and regulatory information.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including regulator audits in Ghana, Togo and Nigeria, and ensure timely resolution of audit comments.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships and cash position optimization.
• Prepare and review tax provisions, handle tax audits and develop strategies to minimize tax liability.
• Produce monthly financial reports for the Group Office, Executive Committee and Board, and ensure regulatory reporting in each jurisdiction.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience with strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting and cost control.
• In‑depth understanding of IFRS, IAS and GAAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; professional certification such as ACCA is required.
• Proven experience leading finance teams and managing audit and tax functions.
