About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Vendor Relations/Partnership Manager to join OurDaySanta in Accra. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with vendors and schools, ensuring smooth operations and high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors.
- Monitor food quality and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate vendor production schedules.
- Resolve vendor concerns and conduct performance reviews.
- Register new schools and conduct presentations to school administrators.
- Coordinate school events and food programs.
- Train school representatives on the ordering platform.
- Handle school feedback and complaints.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidates with at least 12 months of experience in vendor management, partnership development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
