Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager to support our study‑abroad agency. Working remotely, you will handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks while creating and managing engaging content for our social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments, maintain the company calendar, and coordinate routine operations.
• Assist with lead tracking and keep our CRM system up to date.
• Design graphics and templates using Canva.
• Plan, write copy, and schedule posts for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the company blog.
• Edit short‑form videos (Reels/TikToks) with CapCut or similar mobile apps.
• Monitor and report monthly on reach, growth, and engagement metrics.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or as an executive/virtual assistant.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a laptop, and preferably a UPS or power backup.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
