About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support the Church Media Leadership Summit, a gathering of pastors, church leaders, and media professionals aimed at strengthening media ministries across Ghana. As a volunteer you will help ensure the event runs smoothly and delivers a high‑quality experience for attendees.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with event coordination, registration, and guest hospitality.
• Provide photography, videography, and camera operation support.
• Manage livestream production and technical support for on‑site streaming.
• Create graphics, content, and social‑media coverage before, during, and after the summit.
• Support stage management, logistics, and overall event operations.

Required profile

• Committed and reliable individuals passionate about ministry and media.
