Warehouse Specialist (HWF)

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to manage and organise our warehouse operations in the Accra & Tema region. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring safe handling of goods, and supporting timely order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, packing, shipping and unpacking products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Label, store and organise items to optimise space and accessibility.
• Oversee quality assurance, inspection of incoming goods and documentation.
• Identify and implement operational improvements and best practices.
• Supervise casual workers, ensuring productivity and safety compliance.
• Prepare, process and file all warehouse-related documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics & Statistics or Business Administration.
• Strong organisational and inventory‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and inventory control practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems.
