Warehouse Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse Specialist will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring that materials are received, stored, and issued accurately and safely. You will work closely with production teams to guarantee timely material supply while maintaining high standards of inventory control and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving, issuing, and storage of materials.
• Verify quantity, specification, and quality of inbound and outbound goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update ERP/WMS systems promptly.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and annual inventory audits.
• Organize and label raw materials, semi‑finished goods, and finished products.
• Supervise loading and unloading operations to ensure safe handling.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO principles and maintain 5S standards.
• Coordinate with production to ensure timely material supply.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports and related documentation.

Required profile

• Secondary school certificate, diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse management processes and inventory control.
• Ability to work onsite, handle physical tasks and follow HSE regulations.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory management principles.
• Strong data‑entry and record‑keeping abilities.
