Warehouse Supervisor – Accra/Tema

About the role

Sunda International is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at its facilities in the Accra and Tema region. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, ensure accurate inventory management, and maintain a safe, efficient environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching to staff.
• Track inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and generate reports.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of goods.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to monitor productivity and inventory.
• Enforce safety rules and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse space.
• Identify workflow improvements to reduce errors and delays.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory, productivity, and staffing.
• Communicate performance metrics and operational needs to management.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as required.
• Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, mathematics, statistics, or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to use basic computer applications.
