Warehouse Supervisor (HWF)

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods. The role involves managing a team, maintaining inventory accuracy and upholding safety standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Assign tasks, monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts and use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and productivity.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling and handling of goods.
• Enforce safety rules, company policies and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Identify workflow improvements to reduce errors or delays.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory, productivity and staffing.
• Communicate warehouse performance and needs to management.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• At least 2.5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Reliable, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends or overtime as required.
• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
