Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Sunda International is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations across its Accra and Tema facilities. The role focuses on managing receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping activities while maintaining safety, accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Assign tasks, monitor employee performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Track inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts and use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to monitor productivity.
• Maintain proper labeling, storage and handling of goods.
• Enforce safety standards and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Identify workflow improvements to reduce errors and delays.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on inventory, productivity and staffing.
• Communicate performance metrics and operational needs to management.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• 2‑5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Reliable, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends or overtime as required.
• Degree in logistics, supply‑chain management, business, mathematics or a related field (preferred).
