About the role
We are seeking an accountant to lead ERP implementation and training for our clients in Accra and Tema. The role involves guiding clients through go-live, providing ongoing support, and building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Train clients on ERP software.
- Support clients through go-live.
- Give ongoing user support.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues.
- Prepare and run training sessions.
- Build lasting client relationships.
Required profile
- 3+ years' working experience.
- Accounting education or equivalent study.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Clear, confident communication.
- Proactive and keen to learn.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
