About the role
OA&J Pharmaceuticals Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high‑quality pharmaceutical formulations in Ghana, is expanding with a new state‑of‑the‑art facility in Shai Hills, Greater Accra. We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team and support the day‑to‑day financial operations of the new plant. The role will involve maintaining accurate books, processing invoices and payments, and ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded in line with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledgers.
- Process supplier invoices, verify supporting documentation and ensure timely payments.
- Record and reconcile company expenses and cash transactions.
- Enter invoices and payments into the accounting system promptly.
Required profile
- Possess the necessary academic qualification in accounting or finance.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of accuracy.
- Ability to work in an office environment at the Shai Hills facility.
