Administration & Training Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Administration & Training Manager to lead the daily operations of our cybersecurity training institute in Kumasi. The role combines operational oversight with the delivery of hands‑on, competency‑based cybersecurity training, ensuring students are prepared for industry certifications and employment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day institutional operations and coordinate academic and administrative activities.
• Supervise staff, support student services, and monitor student performance.
• Design and deliver practical cybersecurity training sessions and assessments.
• Ensure training quality, track curriculum effectiveness, and develop industry partnerships.
• Prepare students for professional certifications and job placement.

Required profile

• Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Proven experience in administration, academic management or training delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Resident in Kumasi or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Cybersecurity fundamentals and practical facilitation.
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) – preferred.
• CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA Network+ – preferred.
• CISSP, CISM – preferred.
• Cisco CyberOps – preferred.
• Microsoft Security certifications – preferred.
