Administrator – CEO Secretariat

About the role

The Administrator for the CEO’s Secretariat will support the Chief Executive Officer of Development Bank Ghana by coordinating office activities, preparing confidential reports, and ensuring high‑quality, error‑free output. This role is central to the smooth functioning of the CEO’s office and requires strong organisational and analytical abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and schedules for the CEO’s office.
• Prepare, proof‑read and manage confidential reports and presentations.
• Conduct research and compile data for strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems and data dashboards.
• Provide high‑level administrative support to senior management.

Required profile

• First degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar administrative or secretariat role.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Effective written and oral communication abilities.
