Affiliate Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Affiliate Sales Consultant to help us connect businesses with Hyphen Connect’s AI‑driven automation platform. Working remotely from Ghana, you will use your professional network to identify companies that could benefit from our solutions and make the initial introduction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential client businesses within your existing network.
• Introduce qualified prospects to Hyphen Connect and facilitate the hand‑over to our sales and implementation teams.
• Maintain a pipeline of referral opportunities and track referral status.
• Provide feedback on market needs and referral outcomes to improve the affiliate programme.

Required profile

• Regular interaction with business owners, directors, founders or senior decision‑makers.
• Background in consulting, recruitment, HR, finance, insurance, business development, operations, technology or entrepreneurship.
• Strong professional network of SMEs, manufacturing, logistics, professional services or similar sectors.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and comfortable working independently.
