African Print Textiles Sales Manager

About the role

Indigo Textiles, a growing player in Ghana’s textile printing sector, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the expansion of its African print textiles portfolio. The role involves overseeing retail, wholesale and B2B channels, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote sales growth in textile printing and distribution.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors and institutional clients.
• Lead, mentor and develop a dedicated sales team.
• Design and execute strategies to enter new markets and customer segments.
• Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts.
• Monitor sales performance and provide analytical insights to senior management.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in textiles sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven success in retail, wholesale and B2B sales within textiles, printing, FMCG or distribution.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Deep knowledge of Ghana’s textile industry and an ability to support growth in digital printing.
