Agency Development Executive

About the role

The Agency Development Executive leads a team of sales agents within a Prudential branch, driving performance to meet defined sales targets. This role focuses on coaching, training, and mentoring agents to improve productivity, retention, and professional growth while supporting the branch’s distribution strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales agents to achieve branch sales targets.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to develop agents' knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits.
• Ensure accurate and timely weekly and monthly reporting of performance metrics.
• Collaborate with branch stakeholders to enhance agent retention and productivity through effective lead and prospect management.
• Organise and act as custodian for all scheduled branch meetings.
• Lead the execution of the branch’s distribution strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and managing sales teams.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to produce accurate performance reports on a regular basis.
