AI Content Specialist – Romanian (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Romanian‑speaking AI Content Specialist to join our remote team. In this position you will evaluate AI model responses, focusing on personalization quality, relevance, and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI model outputs for grounding, integration, helpfulness, and personalization.
• Design and execute multi‑turn prompts that reflect personal context to test model capabilities.
• Identify hallucinations, incorrect personalization, and weak inferences in responses.
• Perform side‑by‑side comparisons of model outputs to determine quality and effectiveness.
• Write clear, structured rationales for evaluations and rankings.
• Extract and verify debug information to ensure proper data source usage.
• Maintain strict data hygiene and accurate documentation of all evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve overall model performance.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Romanian with excellent reading and writing skills.
• Experience in data annotation, AI evaluation, content moderation, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to assess nuanced AI responses.
• High attention to detail and ability to spot subtle differences in model outputs.
• Independent remote work capability with at least 4 hours overlap with PST.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant analytical field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Romanian language.
• Experience with AI model evaluation and prompt design.
• Ability to use a personal Google account for evaluation tasks.
