About the role

REZA BUILD is seeking an Architect to join its hybrid team in Accra, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work. The role focuses on delivering functional, sustainable and visually compelling building designs that meet client expectations and company standards.

Key responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings and design documentation.
Coordinate with engineers, construction teams and BIM/Revit workflows.
Review technical details, participate in design reviews and resolve coordination issues.
Manage design timelines, support project planning and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; professional registration or progress toward licensure is a plus.
Experience with BIM, CAD and 3D visualization tools, and knowledge of Ghanaian building codes and construction practices.
Strong analytical, communication and collaboration abilities, with attention to detail.
