About the role
Forma Consulting audits private schools in Ghana and rebuilds the systems behind their results. As an Associate Consultant you will work alongside the team on live engagements, helping schools improve their performance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct school audits through interviews, classroom observations, and records review
- Collect evidence supporting each score assigned
- Draft audit reports and improvement plans
- Assist in installing systems together with school staff
Required profile
- Degree in any discipline or equivalent capability
- Strong written English
- Comfort with data and spreadsheets
- Confidence to ask difficult questions of senior people
