The University of Cape Coast invites applications for an Associate Professor position within the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprise Development, School of Business. Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in entrepreneurship, international trade, and related creative disciplines.
• Develop and supervise research projects, securing publications in refereed journals.
• Contribute to curriculum design and academic program development.
• Engage with industry partners to foster entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives.
• Participate in departmental governance, committees, and community outreach.

Required profile

• Academic qualifications meeting the university’s criteria for Senior Lecturer.
• At least seven refereed publications in the candidate’s specialization since the last senior appointment.
• Minimum four years of teaching experience at a university or equivalent institution as a Senior Lecturer.
