Audit Director – Remote

About the role

TAYOC COMPANY is seeking an experienced Audit Director to lead its internal and external audit functions on a full‑time remote basis. You will shape audit strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across finance and accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on complex audit engagements, both internal and external.
• Develop audit methodologies, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Review workpapers, audit reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
• Assess internal controls, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to enhance processes and compliance.
• Mentor and manage audit team members, fostering a culture of integrity and transparency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CIA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership experience managing audit teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
• High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
