About the role
The Audit & Stock Control Officer ensures accurate cash, sales and inventory control across operations, supporting efficient business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Close sales with cashiers at the end of each shift and reconcile all payments.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records daily.
- Review stock movements, monitor reorder levels and ensure proper recording of transfers.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly audit and stock reports highlighting variances.
- Support internal audits of inventory and collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Business Administration or related field.
- 1‑2 years experience in audit, stock control, reconciliation or inventory management, preferably in F&B, hospitality or retail.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
