Audit & Supervision Manager

About the role

The Audit & Supervision Manager will lead anti‑fraud operations across all entities in Ghana, ensuring robust audit coverage and effective internal controls. This role works closely with multiple departments to identify risks, improve processes, and support the organization’s risk‑management framework.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits of clients, suppliers, and carriers to detect fraud and operational inefficiencies.
• Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure comprehensive audit coverage and supervise internal control processes.
• Support risk‑management and fraud‑prevention initiatives.
• Coordinate with various departments to implement and monitor corrective measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience in internal audit preferred.
• Anti‑fraud or fraud investigation experience preferred.
• Candidates from accounting firms are not preferred.
• Strong understanding of audit and compliance processes.
