Bancassurance Sales Executive

About the role

Prudential is seeking a Bancassurance Sales Executive to manage and grow its bancassurance partnerships with allocated banks. The role involves training and supporting bank sales teams, ensuring compliance, and delivering performance insights to drive mutual business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the bancassurance relationship with assigned bank partners, including training, certifying and coaching sales teams.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc performance reports and governance reports as defined in service level agreements.
• Oversee the creation, correction, ordering, delivery and tracking of sales collateral and related administrative activities.
• Coordinate sales activations, app form printing and support after‑sales customer service.
• Conduct branch visits across more than 108 branches at least twice a year to monitor performance and provide on‑site support.
• Design, implement and monitor sales incentive programmes and strategic initiatives.
• Organise stakeholder engagements, meetings and client events in collaboration with partners.
• Track marketing spend against budget and produce training videos as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bancassurance or insurance sales within a bank partnership environment.
• Strong relationship‑management and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
• Ability to analyse performance data and present actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
