Bancassurance Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Bancassurance Sales Manager to lead a team of Financial Advisors who generate new business, strengthen client relationships and drive demand for life and non‑life insurance products through both bank branches and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of life and non‑life insurance products across bank branches and digital banking platforms.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Identify market opportunities and launch initiatives to boost customer acquisition and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank executives, branch managers and other key stakeholders.
• Recruit, train, coach and supervise Financial Advisors, setting clear performance objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop sales capabilities through training, mentoring and field coaching.
• Foster a high‑performance sales culture and track KPIs such as premiums, conversion rates, branch productivity and customer retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales teams in the insurance or bancassurance sector.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior banking stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvement plans.
• Leadership experience in recruiting, training and coaching sales professionals.
