Behaviour Technician – Neurodevelopment Support

About the role

The Mind Bridge Learning Center LLC is seeking a full‑time Behaviour Technician to work on‑site in Accra with neurodivergent children and young people. Under the supervision of clinical staff, you will deliver individualized behavior intervention plans and support skill development across home, school and centre settings.

Key responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence‑based strategies.
• Teach communication, social, academic and daily living skills through structured, play‑based and Montessori‑aligned activities.
• Collect, record and analyse data on goals, progress and behavior patterns.
• Prepare session materials and ensure adherence to safety and safeguarding protocols.
• Document sessions accurately and promptly, and share reports with the multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with families, educators and other professionals, modelling strategies for caregivers.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews and ongoing supervision.

Required profile

• Strong behavior support skills and ability to follow data‑driven guidance.
• Patience, empathy, cultural humility and professionalism when working with neurodivergent learners.
• Comfort working in home, school and community environments with flexible schedules.
• Minimum high school diploma; a diploma or degree in psychology, education, special education or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience with children or neurodivergent individuals (e.g., autism, ADHD) is highly desirable.
