Branch Manager – Medical Diagnostics Center

About the role

The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of a high‑performing medical diagnostics and imaging centre, ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and a superior patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning of radiology, laboratory and front‑office operations, monitoring patient flow, turnaround times and service quality.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, conduct performance reviews, training and manage staffing schedules, including out‑of‑service hours.
• Oversee budgeting, cost controls, revenue generation, billing, collections and insurance claims, analysing financial reports to drive improvements.
• Build relationships with referring physicians, corporate clients and partners, address patient feedback and promote services through outreach.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, lead audits and ensure accurate documentation for regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably diagnostics/imaging or laboratory services.
• Strong leadership, financial management, stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance abilities.

Required skills

• Substantial experience in customer‑facing roles with strong service orientation.
• Good mathematical skills and ability to solve problems quickly.
• Excellent written and oral communication, attention to detail and integrity.
