Brand & Business Manager for DJ Mensah

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand & Business Manager to drive the next phase of DJ Mensah’s brand, expanding beyond events and existing collaborations. This high‑ownership position will shape strategy, secure partnerships, and develop new ventures across Ghana and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define brand strategy, positioning and a 12‑month business plan.
• Lead artist collaborations across Afrobeats, hip‑hop, highlife, amapiano, dancehall and gospel.
• Identify and negotiate corporate sponsorships, endorsements and brand partnerships.
• Manage bookings, event hosting and international performance opportunities.
• Oversee content strategy for mixtapes, podcasts (including Playhouse) and short‑form platforms.
• Direct the Annual All White event, DJ Mensah’s flagship property.
• Develop new ventures such as the DJ Mensah Foundation, a music app and an educational school.

Required profile

• Proven experience in artist management, entertainment, branding or business development.
• Strong relationships within Ghana’s entertainment and corporate sectors.
• Demonstrated success in sponsorship acquisition, booking and contract negotiation.
• Sharp instincts for digital marketing, public relations and audience growth.
• High integrity, discretion and solid financial discipline.
