Brand & Graphic Designer (Mid-Level)

About the role

Chowdeck is looking for a mid‑level Brand & Graphic Designer to shape and maintain its visual identity across digital and physical channels. You will work independently on briefs while collaborating with marketing, content and cross‑functional teams to create engaging, on‑brand assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually stunning designs for social media, email campaigns, billboards, packaging and in‑app content.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative assets that boost customer engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency by following and contributing to design guidelines and templates.
• Scale existing designs to new formats while ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven experience in brand and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print projects.
• Deep understanding of branding principles and ability to apply them across mediums.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Figma.
