Brand & Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Brand & Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of brand and marketing initiatives across West Africa. You will work closely with distributors, vendors, and media partners to ensure consistent brand communication and successful campaign delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in rolling out brand communication and marketing campaigns across the region.
• Coordinate exhibitions, customer events, promotions and on‑site implementation.
• Create and localise English‑language content for social media, press releases, case studies, videos and other marketing materials.
• Liaise with distributors, vendors, media outlets and business partners.
• Collect market trends, competitor intelligence and post‑event feedback.
• Provide ad‑hoc brand and marketing support as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, Design or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, corporate communication, event execution or similar functions.
• Strong aesthetic sense and excellent oral and written English proficiency.
• Outstanding execution skills, sense of responsibility and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with design software such as Photoshop, Canva and Illustrator.
• Basic photography, videography and short‑video production skills.
• Experience with video‑editing tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Proven social‑media operation experience.
