Business Development Executive – Digital Services Sales

About the role

You will introduce Edupract to businesses and professionals in Accra and sell our digital services and training programmes. Your clients will include hotels, restaurants, clinics, schools, shops and companies that need an online presence, SEO, or upskilling.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach small and medium businesses, institutions and professionals in Accra through visits, calls, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
• Run short consultations showing owners how a website, SEO or digital training would help them.
• Sell courses and workshops to individuals, companies and organisations, and arrange seminars for teams.
• Prepare proposals and quotes, negotiate, close deals and hand each client to the delivery team with a clear brief.
• Collect payments, follow up on invoices and keep a weekly record of leads, meetings, proposals and sales.
• Share insights on local competitors and pricing to improve the offer.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of sales, business development or marketing experience, or proven commission‑based selling record.
• Fluent spoken and written English and local language with strong presentation skills.
• Confidence approaching business owners and decision‑makers face‑to‑face.
• Self‑motivation and ability to work independently toward weekly targets.
• Based in Accra with own phone and reliable internet.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp, email and Google Workspace.
• Comfort with online meetings and basic digital marketing concepts.
