Business Development Lead – Enterprise IT Solutions

About the role

Integra Limited is seeking a Business Development Lead to drive growth of its enterprise IT solutions for the financial services sector. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within financial services and other industries.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and deal closure.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key decision‑makers and existing clients.
• Deepen knowledge of Integra’s portfolio and position solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
• Track sales activities, pipeline and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Represent Integra at industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence to inform product and service development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT sales, technology consulting or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
