Business Development Lead – IT Solutions for Financial Services

About the role

Integra Ltd is seeking a Business Development Lead to drive growth of its IT consultancy services within the financial sector and beyond. You will identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and translate complex technology solutions into clear business value.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in financial services and other industries.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft proposals and presentations.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Represent Integra at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence to inform product and service development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT sales, technology consulting or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
