About the role
Emado Security Services Limited (EMSEC) is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team in the Greater Ashanti Region, Ghana. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and tailoring security solutions for corporate customers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential sectors and clients.
- Develop and implement targeted growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Generate proposals and negotiate contracts that align with client security needs.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality security services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
Required profile
- Proven business development, sales, and client relationship management experience.
- Strong ability to conduct market research and execute growth strategies.
- Experience in contract negotiation and proposal development.
- Understanding of security services and corporate industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Leadership capability with a collaborative team approach.
- Problem‑solving, strategic thinking, and decision‑making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; security industry experience is a plus.
