Business Development Officer – Medical Diagnostics

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Business Development Officer to join our state‑of‑the‑art Medical Diagnostics Centre in Kumasi. The role focuses on generating referrals from hospitals and clinics through daily sales and field‑visit activities, while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to hospitals and clinics to generate new referrals.
• Develop and execute business plans for the assigned territory.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare sales and marketing.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
