Business Distribution Manager

About the role

The Business Distribution Manager will lead the expansion of Enlace Education Services’ programmes across schools, communities and partner organisations in Ghana. Based in Accra, you will design and execute distribution strategies that connect students with mentorship, scholarship and educational tour opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and onboard new distribution partners such as schools, NGOs and community groups.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners, ensuring smooth delivery of programmes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (program, marketing, operations) to align product offerings with partner needs.
• Analyse market data, track key performance indicators and produce regular distribution reports.
• Organise outreach events and support promotional campaigns to raise awareness of Enlace services.
• Provide feedback to senior leadership to improve products, services and channel effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or channel/distribution management, preferably within education or service sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management abilities with schools, communities and families.
• Demonstrated capability to plan, execute and monitor outreach or distribution campaigns.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Accra, travel locally and collaborate across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to educational equity and inclusive business practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Basic data analysis to evaluate distribution performance.
