Business Distribution Officer – Field

About the role

The Business Distribution Officer – Field is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Accra. You will promote Enlace Education Services’ mentorship programmes, educational tours and scholarship initiatives directly to schools, communities and partner organisations, driving enrolment and participation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to schools, community centres and partner organisations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as teachers, parents and local NGOs.
• Organise and execute outreach events, information sessions and enrollment drives.
• Provide accurate information about Enlace’s services and answer enquiries.
• Track leads, maintain a simple outreach database and prepare basic activity reports.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and service teams to align campaigns and support delivery.
• Gather field feedback to help improve products, services and communication strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging students, families and institutional partners.
• Experience or aptitude in outreach, field sales and relationship building.
• Basic planning and organisational abilities to coordinate visits and events across multiple locations.
• Customer‑service mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with education services or youth‑development programmes; field marketing or community‑engagement experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and adapt to varied environments.
• Relevant diploma or degree (e.g., Marketing) preferred and a valid means of local travel within Accra.
• Experience in insurance or financial sales is an advantage.
