Call Center Operator – Telesales (Remote)

About the role

Unateus, an international fulfillment and logistics provider, is expanding its sales team across Africa. We are looking for motivated Call Center Operators to handle inbound and outbound telesales, work with warm leads, and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers who have expressed interest in our products and services.
• Present product offers, upsell where appropriate, and secure order confirmations.
• Manage follow‑up calls, address queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
• Meet weekly performance targets and adhere to quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a call‑center environment.
• Proven ability to achieve performance targets while working independently.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a functional computer, smartphone, headset, and backup power solution.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and at least one major local language.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Comfort using browser‑based systems.
