Campaign Operations & Execution Specialist

About the role

The Campaign Operations & Execution Specialist will support Telecel Ghana’s Customer Value Management (CVM) strategy by configuring, executing, and monitoring direct marketing campaigns that maximise customer lifetime value, drive incremental revenue and improve engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute CVM campaigns such as upsell, cross‑sell, inactivity, churn‑management and real‑time trigger initiatives.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign operations, from requirement gathering and business rule validation to launch and post‑launch monitoring.
• Collaborate with the CVM tool vendor, product owners and internal/external support teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve technical issues within SLA.
• Prepare and maintain campaign documentation including briefs, change logs, business cases, UAT and BRS documents.
• Support data availability for performance reporting and conduct regular reviews of the campaign platform to recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate commercial objectives into technical specifications.
• Experience working at the intersection of commercial and IT teams, preferably in a telecom environment.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable campaign results (revenue, engagement, churn reduction).
