Campus Lead – Part‑Time Student Coordinator

About the role

Skills Bridge Academy is seeking energetic university students to act as Campus Leads across tertiary institutions in Ghana. In this part‑time, performance‑based position you will drive student recruitment, manage on‑campus activities and represent the academy within your university community.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and supervise Campus Registration Officers.
• Design and execute student recruitment and awareness campaigns.
• Build relationships with student representative councils, departmental associations and class representatives.
• Organise campus activations, promotional events and engagement activities.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to Skills Bridge Academy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the academy on your campus.

Required profile

• Active enrolment at a recognised tertiary institution in Ghana.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven attitude.
• Previous experience in student leadership, sales, marketing or volunteering is an advantage.
